Ingredients
Yield: 8 portions
- 250 g Butter, melted
- 100 g White sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 can 410g KOO cream-style corn
- 30 g Sliced jalapeno chillies
- 400 g All Gold Tomato and Onion Mix
- 100 g Gouda cheese, grated
- 100 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 120 g Golden Cloud Cake Flour
- 140 g ACE Maize Meal
- 20 ml Baking powder
- 2,5 ml Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Lightly grease a 20 x 30 cm baking dish.
- Beat together butter and sugar in a large bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in corn, chillies, All Gold Tomato and Onion Mix with the cheese.
- Stir together flour, ACE Maize Meal, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture to corn mixture; stir until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the pan comes out clean.
