Today, we join the rest of the world to celebrate International Women’s Day. This year’s campaign theme #InspireInclusion promotes a gender equal world, free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. At Tiger Brands, we embrace an organisation that is diverse, equitable, inclusive and nurtures a sense of belonging for all our people. We nurture a Tiger where our differences are valued and celebrated and where the tapestry of our diversity is a great catalyst for winning performance and innovation.

As of February, the female representation among the 168 Young Talent Tigers demonstrated above shows our talent pipeline and the commitment to nurture and grow our own people. 
While IWD amplifies awareness and action over March, at Tiger Brands we maintain a deep and continuous focus on equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging all year round.
